Who am I?

Emilio King is a US-based writer and artist. He’s spent the majority of his life in the Midwest, having grown up in Indiana and gone to college in Illinois. Parts of his life have also been spent in Colorado, California, and Mexico. A bit of variety is important for these creative-types.

In 2025, King earned his BA from Knox College, having been privileged to work with and learn from the Creative Writing and Art departments there. During his undergrad, he collaborated with many of the artistic communities on the campus and saw his work published among the college’s many literary magazines. As a part of his senior work, King read “Interrogation and Confession” to an audience of Knox community members.

King is currently assisting Zarandona Counseling as a Social Media Coordinator.
